Introduction

Special thanks goes to our lecturer Chef Zaid and classmate who visited our blog. We appreciate your attention for having a time to view our blog. This blog is our weekly report and known as assignment for subject "Food Innovation and Design" (HCD 2304). Firstly, Chef Zaid would help student to identify, discover through experimentation on food nutrients such as on protein, vitamins, fats etc and also presentation of new innovative/creative menu and dishes.

Besides that, we also will focus on 3 recipes for our final project and Chef Zaid will choose the best recipe. From the best recipes, our group will present it for final project.
